Pottery Badge

So we finished our pottery badge and this time we worked backwards. First we painted and glazed.

Here are some pictures of our trip. We picked out our pieces.

And got a tour of the back and learned about the firing process.

Then we came back and in the room we learned about clay, looked at pieces of pottery. 

After that, we created either a pinch pot, coil pot, or slab pot. 

Finally, we sculpted another piece out of colored modeling clay. Super fun!!!
